Great Brake

Dont have much ride time on this brake yet, but installation was super easy and shockingly didn't need to bleed them after cutting the line.

great brakes if the hoses fit your frame

as a bike mechanic the 5.5 mm hoses make these brakes a nightmare to install on several frames that have internal routing. since you can pick these up for dirt cheap on the internet i have had to install a lot of them this summer. make sure your frame internal guides have clearance. bikes that i know do not: specialized turbo levos, stump jumpers. epic 8s. forbidden druids to name a few that the 5.5 hose added a whole level of complexity that did not need to be there.

Easy. Effective. Excellent.

These were a great upgrade from the Tektro kit that came on my bike. Getting them adjusted to my liking was incredibly easy, and they've provided all the stopping power I need with no fading whatsoever. As a bonus, my bike mechanic said he also runs these and they're his favorite for how well they work and how long they last.

powerful brakes

I've always been a Shimano until I tried the Dominion A4 and on my first ride with the brakes, I fell in love! very powerful and the modulation is really nice. easy to install and set it up to your preference and style of riding. I will be replacing all the brakes on my other bikes with the A4 dominion.

The Best Brakes

These are the best brakes i have owned. I have been riding, racing, servicing, bleeeding and swapping Hayes Dominion A4 Brakes for a year now. No problems at all. Last summer during race season all i had to do is change brake pads, these brakes just work. Servicing is easy and there is plenty of adjustments to make the brakes fit for anyone
